Business Model for Civil Society Organizations

Description

The Archer Value Model described in this publication is a business model adapted to social organizations. It is a model designed to match the complexity and social commitment of NGOs, for which the Business Models that companies use are not suitable. Non-profits can achieve deeper and integral points of view of socioeconomic processes.

This Business Model lays on the figure of an archer and helps organizations to learn which is their value proposal, who are they working for, and how to solve the problems they may face. The model can support the design of a manageable organization by helping to refocus permanently its activity and objectives.
