Scholarships

We are living in a time when tech profiles are one of the scarcest and most sought-after resources in the world. In Spain alone, it is estimated that almost half a million technology-related jobs will be created by 2026. Who is going to fill them? Do we have a real plan? Are we in time to create opportunities that generate progress, leadership and competitiveness in the European environment?

We are launching a pioneering project offering 50 international technology scholarships for master’s and doctoral students to train in areas of particular impact on the European agenda: artificial intelligence and machine learning; computer engineering and advanced computing; data science and cybersecurity; robotics and automation; applied physics and quantum technologies; biotechnology and biomedical engineering; nanotechnology and advanced materials; and advanced networks.

The scholarships can be taken at national and international universities and technology centres of the highest excellence. Beneficiaries will receive mentoring and guidance from leading figures in the field in which they are developing their specialisation.

Each scholarship will be worth up to €80,000.
