The edition of Fundación Telefonica´s report Young Fiber Optic Installers.Training For Labor Insertion is one of the actions of the Everyone Included Employability Program which aims to fight against youth unemployment.

This publication has three goals:

1. To determine the effects on the participant´s employability degree of the project Learning and service in fiber optic.

2. To share all the knowledge and best practices developed in the experience.

3. To enhance social impact evaluation culture and transparency.
