Research in Political Communication in Spain is booming with the growing establishment of different groups, projects, research lines, specialist publications, postgraduate courses, etc. With this rich development, in April 2005, and under what we call the 1st Work Meeting of Political Communication Researchers, a large number of researchers gathered in order to exchange knowledge, perspectives, opinions and experiences.
