MATI-TEC is a project developed by Fundación Telefónica Mexico and the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey which aims to improve public school students´ competencies in mathematics, reading-writing and technology.

MATI-TEC is a mobile app which can be used either online or offline and which supports the teaching and learning process inside and outside of the classroom, tracing and recording the student´s participation. Teachers, parents and school´s headmasters are also present in this global formation process in which each part is essential to achieve the results.
