The present document is a reflection on Telefonica´s Volunteering Program in Nicaragua, an initiative that seeks to spread solidarity practices that may inspire other employees of Telefonica not taking part in the program, as well as other companies´ workers and their CEOs, if they wish to develop their own solidarity volunteering programs.
