Using big data and artificial intelligence, the Employment Map analyses job offers in digital professions.

According to data from the Mapa del Empleo, the digital profiles most in demand by Spanish companies in the last quarter of 2023 were software developer, digital project manager and ICT professional. The podium remains in the same order as last quarter’s data, which makes it likely that these three profiles will be the most in demand in the first months of 2024.

The Mapa del Empleo; our tool based on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence analyses the job offers published in the last three months on the Infojobs, Tecnoempleo and ticjob portals to show, in a visual and interactive way, the most sought-after profiles and digital skills in the Spanish employment market.
