Social Impact Measurement Model

Fundación Telefónica has developed a social impact monitoring model that strengthens the robustness, traceability and strategic utility of data, integrating recognized reference frameworks such as the Theory of Change and the Impact Management Project. Additionally, it has updated its measurement system, prioritizing direct attribution, verifiable evidence and precise differentiation between direct beneficiaries and estimates of indirect or potential reach.

This evolution reflects its commitment to transparency, continuous improvement and accountability, advancing towards a measurement model aligned with principles of additionality, sustainability and efficiency. Thus, this institution positions itself as an organization that learns, matures and adapts, reaffirming its vocation to generate social progress.
