What is creativity? What does creativity require? Can a creative process be audited? These are just some of the questions answered in “Ferran Adrià. Auditing the Creative Process”. It is the first exhibition by the great Catalan chef, the largest ever devoted to his work, and the first to explore creative processes, which displayed in Madrid in 2014, in Lima (Peru) in 2015 and now in Buenos Aires (Argentina).

The cuisine served at his elBulli restaurant represented a revolutionary change of paradigm, which is now on display in the form of an array of notes, sketches, dishes and utensils. But the real purpose of the exhibition is to delve deep into the process of creation and innovation that gave rise to this transformation.
