Exhibition
The exhibition runs from the beginning of the 17th century to early attempts at colour mapping that began in the 18th century, all the way to technological innovations that have allowed us to depict and reproduce new colours
Color is omnipresent, a concept we take for granted, so obvious that it doesn’t seem to require further reflection. But what if reality were not so simple? Color has been attracting the attention of philosophers, artists, historians and scientists for centuries. In recent times, the most advanced developments in artificial intelligence, neuroscience and psychology have been added to make our machines capable of understanding what for us is intuitive.
