Deputy director to the Presidency
Luisa Alli
Luisa Alli Turrillas (Pamplona, 1974) has an extensive career in the world of management, communication and reputation. She is currently general director of Fundación Hermes, was president of the communication and public affairs consultancy KREAB Iberia as well as communications director of IKEA in Spain. Alli has also been president of the Hispanic-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and senior advisor to the president of the Business Confederation of Navarra (CEN). She currently serves as a board member of Dircom (Association of Communication Directors).
Alli holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Navarra and completed the Women Executive Program. She is a guest professor at the University of Navarra, Universidad Europea and at EAE Business School – Proyecto Promociona- by ESADE Business & Law School. She was awarded a scholarship by the Rafael del Pino Foundation to pursue a program on civil society, global leadership and innovation at Harvard Kennedy School and MIT Sloan.

General Director
Isabel Salazar
Degree in Psychology from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, specialising in Organisational and Work Psychology, Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Master’s Degree in Management Development Training from IE. From the start, her professional career has been associated with the field of Human Resources, focusing on training projects, management of talent management, competence development, management and implementation of strategic projects and labour relations.
With an extensive professional career, she joined the Telefónica group in 1996, where she has worked as a business partner with a multidisciplinary role and leading strategic and transformative projects in training, management development and change management. In 2011, she joined Fundación Telefónica to lead the human resources area. She currently manages the area of people, general services and systems at a global level, seeking to provide the best experience to the teams of the different foundations.

Deputy Director General of Innovation and Strategy
Javier Gutiérrez-Bolívar
Javier Gutiérrez-Bolívar holds a degree in Economics and Business Sciences from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He joined Telefónica in 2008, in the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions area, focusing his efforts on corporate transactions, especially on projects in Latin America. In 2021 he took over the direction of Corporate Development at Telefónica HISPAM, being responsible for leading alliance, merger and acquisition projects, as well as incorporating investors that allow optimizing assets and accelerating growth in the different countries of the region. Since 2024 he has supported Fundación Telefónica in its strategic definition.

Deputy Director General of Transformation, Efficiency and IT Support
Íñigo Audibert
Graduate in Business Administration and Management from the Complutense University of Madrid. He joined the Telefónica Group in 2002 where he has worked in different areas of internal control such as intervention, auditing and corporate inspection.
In 2011, he joined Fundacióan Telefónica as head of management control for Latin America, leading the project management office. Thanks to his enthusiasm, versatility and great initiative, in 2019 he was appointed global head of finance, processes y control at Fundación Telefónica. He is a member of the board of trustees of several foundations in Latin America. He is currently Deputy Director General of Transformation, Efficiency and IT Support

Institutional Relations
Joan Cruz
Graduate in Medieval History from the University of Barcelona and studies in Cultural Management and Political Science at the UOC and International Cooperation at the UNED. He began his professional career as a teacher in different educational centres, whilst collaborating in cooperation projects in Spain and Guatemala. In 2005, he joined Fundación Telefónica as head of territorial coordination of institutional alliances and in 2014, he was appointed head of institutional relations.
He has published ‘Els Llibre de Privilegis de la Vila d’Igualada’ (Barcelona, 1990), articles and contributions to conferences and collective works on medieval history and urban oligarchies in central Catalonia in the 14th century, which is the focus of his passion as a researcher.

Cultural Innovation and Critical Thinking
Pablo Gonzalo
With a degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master’s in Cultural Management from the University of Barcelona, he has specialised in the design of strategic frameworks and impact assessment for the third sector at Harvard Kennedy School and at the Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) at MIT. He began his professional career in the field of marketing consultancy at various multinationals, with large-scale consumer and cultural projects.
In 2009, he joined Fundación Telefónica in the area of education, leading various educational innovation initiatives in Spain and Latin America. In 2019, he was appointed global head of digital culture at Fundación Telefónica, managing meetings and conferences, publications, exhibitions, workshops and educational activities. He is currently responsible of the area of Cultural Innovation and Critical Thinking.

Communication and Marketing
Lydia Loste
A graduate in Business Management and Administration from CUNEF, she began her professional career in the Private Banking department of Banco Santander and in Games Solutions. She later joined the Telefónica group in 2000, working in different areas of marketing and communication. In 2010, she was appointed manager of commercial communication and Movistar brand in Spain.
Three years later, she took over the communication and positioning division of Fundación Telefónica with the challenge of positioning the entity as a social benchmark in the digital era. In 2021, she incorporated the area of digital experience into the communication department, promoting innovation in the creation and use of technologies, new narratives, and the use of new technologies, the dissemination of content in blended formats to prioritise the user experience within the digital ecosystem.

Susana Prieto

Social Innovation, Employment, Education and Volunteering
Inés Temes
Graduate in Art History from the Complutense University of Madrid, specializing in educational innovation. She joined Telefónica Group in 2009 to lead digital education and training projects for universities and corporates. In 2019, she joined the Employability and Educational Innovation team at the Fundación Telefónica, where she led training programs aimed at boosting employment in Spain and Latin America including Conecta Empleo.
She then assumed the additional responsibility for the running of the 42 Campuses in Spain – an innovative learning initiative to recruit and train individuals for the most in-demand digital profiles in today’s job market. Inés also offers her time as a mentor in a range of initiatives such as Inspiring Girls and Women4Cyber and is an Associate Professor at the Universidad Camilo José Cela. She recently took over the overall management of the areas of Social Innovation, Employment, Education and Volunteering.
