Our Alliances
At Fundación Telefónica, we firmly believe in public-private partnerships, which allow us to join forces for change and maximise the scope, sustainability and efficiency of our projects. That is why we work to establish alliances that enable us to enhance the impact of our management. We currently have a large number of alliances with both national and international partners. In 2024, we have more than 100 alliances and collaborations in place with various entities, as well as with public administrations, for the development and implementation of projects in the field of training to improve employability, social action and the dissemination of knowledge and digital culture.

International organisations
OCDE
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) works with governments and citizens to promote evidence-based policies that foster prosperity, equality and well-being in the social, economic and environmental spheres.
ECLAC
Established in 1948 and headquartered in Santiago, Chile, ECLAC is a regional commission of the United Nations that promotes economic and social development in Latin America and the Caribbean, with subregional headquarters in Mexico and Port of Spain, and national offices in several cities.
IDB
Since 1959, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) has been working with 48 member countries and 26 borrowing countries, providing financial and technical support to promote progress in areas such as health, education, infrastructure, and climate action.
CAN
The Andean Community, comprising Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, leads regional integration to improve the quality of life of 115 million Andean citizens. It promotes the Andean Integration System (SAI) with the aim of achieving comprehensive and autonomous development, with a view to greater South American and Latin American integration.
OEI
The OEI is the largest multilateral cooperation organisation in Ibero-America. Present in 20 countries, it promotes education, science and culture as drivers of human development, working directly with the governments of member countries to strengthen public policies.
State public administrations
Ministerio de Educación, Formación Profesional y Deportes of Spain
The Ministerio de Educación, Formación Profesional y Deportes is the body responsible for proposing and implementing the Government’s education, vocational training and sport policy. Its work ranges from managing the education system to initiatives to promote employment through training.
Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades
The Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades is responsible for implementing government policy on scientific and technical research, technological development and innovation. It manages international relations in these areas and represents Spain in relevant international and European Union programmes and organisations.
FUNDAE
FUNDAE, a technical support entity for SEPE and the Ministerio de Trabajo in vocational training for employment, operates under the auspices of the Ministerio de Cultura. Its functions include collaboration in the planning and evaluation of training, the promotion of research, and support for international programmes.

Generalitat de Catalunya
The Generalitat de Catalunya is the political and administrative system of the autonomous community of Catalonia in Spain, comprising the Parliament, the Executive Council, the Presidency of the Generalitat and other institutions defined by the 2006 Statute of Autonomy and the laws. Its function is to manage policies and services to promote welfare and development in the region.

The Provincial Council of Barcelona, also known as the Barcelona Provincial Council, is a public institution in Catalonia that provides direct services to citizens and technical, financial, and technological support to the town councils of the 311 municipalities in the province of Barcelona.
Bizkaia Foral Provincial Council
The Bizkaia Foral Provincial Council, as the government of the Historical Territory of Bizkaia and one of the main institutions of the Basque Autonomous Community, headed by the Deputy General. Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer
The mission of the Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer is to alleviate and prevent, as far as possible, the suffering caused by cancer in people, regardless of their place of residence and personal circumstances.
Fundación Secretariado Gitano

Mensajeros de La Paz
Mensajeros de la Paz is a nationally and internationally recognised non-governmental organisation. It works in more than 76 countries to promote the social welfare of the most disadvantaged sectors of society, adapting to diverse social and cultural realities.
Red Cross
The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, born out of a desire to provide assistance without discrimination to the wounded on the battlefield, works to prevent and alleviate human suffering in all circumstances. Its mission is to protect life and health, as well as to uphold human dignity.
Cáritas
Founded in 1975 by the Spanish Episcopal Conference, Cáritas is dedicated to the charitable and social work of the Church in our country. Its objective is to promote the integral development of individuals and communities, paying special attention to the poorest and most excluded.
Federación Española de Bancos de Alimentos
The Federación Española de Bancos de Alimentos (FESBAL) promotes the fight against hunger, poverty and food waste. Made up of 54 member banks throughout Spain, it supports more than 6,919 charities.

Aldeas Infantiles is a non-profit, interfaith and independent organisation dedicated to helping children. It is part of the International Federation of SOS Children’s Villages, which is present in 138 countries.
Fundación Tomillo
The Tomillo Foundation, created in 1984 by Javier Lantero and Manuel Fierros, promotes youth employment and improves society in disadvantaged neighbourhoods in southern Madrid, believing in the transformative potential of each person.
Special Olympics
Special Olympics offers sports training to people with intellectual disabilities, promoting their physical development, self-worth, and support. They promote their inclusion in regular sports activities and encourage community participation through an active volunteer programme to achieve full integration.

Since 2007, Fundación Lo que de verdad importa has been promoting hope for a better world, the importance of human values, and the intention to promote them.
Junior Achievement
The Junior Achievement Foundation, with over 100 years of global experience, is dedicated to promoting entrepreneurial training, financial education, and job readiness. In Spain, it collaborates with educational centres and business entities to provide young people with the skills they need to excel in a global economy.
FAD
Fundación Ayuda contra la Drogadicción (FAD) is committed to improving the well-being and quality of life of young people, considering them to be key players in the present and the future. Its mission encompasses the analysis, action and influence of everything that affects youth development, based on the principles of justice, solidarity, sustainability, ethics, equity and inclusion.
Fundación Inocente Inocente
Fundación Inocente Inocente, established in 1995, it is a private organisation dedicated to child welfare in Spain that has supported more than 400 entities in their work to improve the quality of life of vulnerable children. It organises the televised gala Inocente, Inocente to raise funds and awareness about the needs of young people.
FEDER
FEDER’s fundamental mission is to promote the rights of people affected by rare diseases, as well as those seeking a diagnosis, by implementing strategies that seek to improve their quality of life.
Fundación Prodis
Fundación Prodis, established by parents and professionals from the María Corredentora Special Education Centre, is dedicated to providing a future for students with intellectual disabilities after they finish school. This organisation promotes a more just and ethical society, prioritising the happiness and autonomy of all, using innovation as a key element in its programmes and services.
AEF
Asociación Española de Fundaciones (AEF) is the main reference point for the foundation sector in Spain, bringing together more than 900 entities of different sizes and from different fields. Its work focuses on representing, strengthening and professionalising the sector, promoting transparency and good governance to contribute to its development and consolidation.
