Digital Rights Series

Fundación Telefónica, in collaboration with Red.es, is launching a programme of meetings within the framework of the Digital Rights Observatory.

In the digital age, our fundamental rights are not only exercised in the physical world, but also in the virtual environments where we live, work and interact today. Digital rights range from the protection of privacy and personal data to freedom of expression on networks and equal access to information.

At a time marked by artificial intelligence, automation and online overexposure, it is urgent to rethink how we guarantee these rights in ever-changing technological contexts. Digital rights are the ethical frontier that ensures that no one is excluded from opportunities, access to knowledge or social participation.

Digital rights are the ethical frontier that ensures that no one is excluded.

During 2024, 2025 and 2026, Fundación Telefónica will be part of the Digital Rights Observatory.
