100% free / 100% employability
One of the most innovative programming campuses in the world
Campus 42 is a free training project focused on preparing people for the jobs demanded by the labour market. Its learning method, completely different from the traditional educational model, is based on peer-to-peer training, without teachers or classes.
At Campus 42, learning is free. The only requirement for access is to be of legal age. No previous knowledge of computers or programming is required.

01. NO TEACHERS, PEER TO PEER, NO CLASSES
42 breaks with all the paradigms of traditional education.
02. PROJECT-BASED METHODOLOGY
42 encourages learning through projects where everyone learns from everyone else through teamwork.
03. FAILING IS LEARNING
In this collaborative learning journey, the only teacher is the trial-and-error experience and the only lesson is practice.
04. 42 IS NOT JUST CODE
In the 42 campuses, skills such as resilience and adaptation to change, frustration tolerance, creativity and, above all, teamwork, among many others, are developed.

“The pool forced me to be more sociable, to talk to my colleagues, to help them just as they helped me because I had no idea about programming.”

“42 gives you the opportunity to grow, to be who you are and, above all, to be able to learn at your own pace. The 42 methodology forces you to self-discovery, to decide and manage your time, to know yourself better. That is the most powerful thing about 42”.

“Some friends who work in programming had told me a lot about 42 Málaga Fundación Telefónica, and I wanted to know a bit more about the project. My family said to me: ‘Computer science? […] You have to be a man because it’s very complicated and women don’t get hired’. With time, I have become more confident in myself and I see myself as very capable of becoming a programmer”.

“We are used to the transmission of knowledge, in the educational environment, in a vertical direction from teachers to pupils. In 42 this transmission is horizontal. You have to find your own way and unlearn things to start your training here.”
