  • an act that violates the Principles of Action or any other internal regulations applicable to Fundación Telefónica;

 

  • a possible irregularity relating to accounting issues, auditing matters and/or internal control over financial reporting issues;

 

  • an unlawful act, including conduct that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence, as well as an infringement of European Union law.

Access to the complaint

 

You can lodge your complaint anonymously, or by providing your contact details. All information collected will be handled securely and confidentially.

 

Complaints received will be dealt with effectively, diligently and promptly, and always in accordance with the provisions of Fundación Telefónica’s Internal Information System Management Policy and its implementing regulations.

 

Upon submission of the complaint, the system will provide you with an ID and a password. This information should be kept, since it will allow you to check the status of your complaint at any time, as well as to expand on the information initially provided and to contact the person in charge of investigating the facts reported.

In addition, any person who is aware of an irregularity or act contrary to the law, linked to the activity of Fundación Telefónica, may contact the communication channels established by the competent authorities or bodies.
