Tools for an integrated approach to children and adolescents living on the street

Addressing the problem of children and adolescents living on the street within a framework of rights means taking into account local features where implemented and must necessarily be adapted to the particular characteristics of children, actors involved, the idiosyncrasies of communities and actions carried out by the executors of policies for children. Therefore, this guide, launched by Fundación Telefónica Uruguay, aims to sort these items and transmit them clearly to those who , for various reasons, routinely address the reality that these children live.
